Ground Service: Free
Shipped via UPS Ground, delivered usually in 4-7 days once shipped.
We will ship Ground Service orders usually the following business day, however, it can take up to 2-3 business days to ship.
3-Day Select: $35
Shipped via UPS 3-Day Select, delivered in 3 days once shipped.
As an expedited order, we will process and ship within 1 business day.
Next Day: $55
Shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express, delivered the next day once shipped.
As an expedited order, we will process and ship within 1 business day.
Shipping Terms: Carriers (UPS or USPS) can occasionally encounter delays beyond our control. We’ll assist you promptly if any issues arise. PO Box shipments use USPS. In the event of an order return, any shipping fee will not be refunded.
International Shipping: We currently ship only within the U.S. International shipping is coming soon, once we can ensure fast delivery and reasonable shipping and customs fees.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Click the link to see exactly where your package is and when it’s arriving.
You can also track the package directly at ups.com or usps.com. If your tracking number starts with “1Z,” it’s heading your way via UPS. Otherwise, it’s a USPS shipment.

Returns
Try it at Home: Pack your IVAR, wear it around, and make sure it feels right for you. Just please don’t take it on a trip before deciding to return it.
Easy Returns: If it’s not the perfect fit, you can return your bag in as-new condition within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Packaging: Please keep the box your IVAR arrived in—you’ll use it for your return. If you no longer have it, you’ll need to find a box that fits the backpack comfortably (no folding or squishing, please). The UPS Store can help you tape it up.
Shipping & Refunds: We’ll email you a UPS return label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees (if you chose an option other than Free Shipping) are non-refundable. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Warranty
At IVAR, we stand behind our backpacks. Our warranty protects the original owner against defects in materials or craftsmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. If it’s our fault, we’ll make it right.
Covered: Defective materials, hardware, or construction that affect functionality.
Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, misuse, and accidents.
Practical Lifetime: Even the finest materials evolve with time. IVAR bags are built to last—we still hear from customers carrying their original 2006 packs. But every journey leaves its mark, and even the best-crafted gear can show a little character along the way.
Make a Warranty Claim: Please fill out the below form!
Review can take 7-10 business days. We will followup with any necessary questions. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will replace your product. We do not make repairs to backpacks. Note we may no longer offer the exact product in question and your replacement may be a newer model.
